Subject: Moringa Wiki - Nutritional value of pods

I'm not sure where these data for Moringa pods came from, but it would be good to know the water content that is associated with these values. The data are reported for 100 grams of edible pod, so I suspect the numbers are for 100 gms fresh weight; however, in order to compare these values with other foods, the water content must also be known.
